Jamie Smith

I’m Jamie.  I am a retired Licensed Massage Therapist {OR# 16341}, and Certified Holistic Health Coach, since 2011, and  dōTERRA Wellness Advocate since 2014. I’m also an instructor at Oregon School of Massage.

Essential oils and ‘lifestyle medicine’ are my primary ways of helping people find greater health and vitality. Before becoming an essential oil educator, I created “Quintessence Oils,  Elemental Elixir” massage and body care blends.

My background is in classical ballet, modern dance, yoga [Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha],  movement and expressive healing arts, and howling at the full moon.

I’m passionate about helping co-create change for individuals, families, communities, institutions, and within systems that result in healthier, happier, more empowered and awake people on the planet.

I invite you to RECLAIM your health care sovereignty, RECLAIM your clear connection to your Wise and Sacred Temple Body, to the Divine, to our Mother Earth, to Great Spirit,  and to each other.

You can find me in Portland, OR, with my husband, Jon,  and love child, Jett, and our kitty Professor,  cultivating medicinal plants in our backyard, or exploring drive in theaters and hot springs in our VW Westy “Pixley”.
